It seems to be the Google’s slogan for all its products. Immersed in a never-ending services’ reorganization called Spring Cleaning
, that started in 2011; the company is removing all that, in its opinon or the market share’s one, do not accomplish with the customers’ expectations.
In this case, Google Play will not follow the way of Google Building Maker or Google Reader, which will be powered down along 2013. It just will be renew in aiming to seduce customers in the next weeks.
If in March 2012 the company launched the Androy app to make easier users’ searches on customers’ music, movies, books and apps on their Android phone and tablet, or on the web. One year later Google wants to make it not just useful but also a pleasant-on-the-eyes experience.
Google’s official Android blog explains to users the reasons of this new wind of change: We’ve started rolling out a redesigned Google Play store on Android phones and tablets that is simple, clean and — most importantly — helps you find great entertainment, fast.
The tweaks will include a new screen desing and colours, based on bigger images that jump off the page and an easier purchasing process.
